Fitness Assessments and Follow up
At Advantage Fitness our
motto is "Improve your fitness improve your life." We want to fit
the equipment to the person, instead of the other way
around. One of the ways we do this is by performing a
fitness assessment in conjunction with your purchase of
equipment. We will:

Complete a cardio,
strength, flexibility, and nutrition assessment
to use as benchmarks for your fitness
progress

Learn about why you want
or need to buy a piece of equipment

Learn about your health
and fitness goals

Train you on how to use
your equipment

Develop a program for
you to use with your equipment

Provide one-on-one
personal training (by appointment if needed)

Track your progress by
following up with you after the sale

Determine a maintenance
schedule for your equipment if needed

Your relationship with
Advantage Fitness does not end after the sale. We
want to make sure that you have many years of trouble-free
use of your equipment. We offer:

Regular Maintenance
Programs: We can set you or your company up on a
quarterly, semi-annual, or annual maintenance program so
that you know that your equipment will be properly
maintained. How often we service your equipment depends
on how often it is used, and by how many people. We'll
work with you on a case-by-case basis and determine a
schedule that best fits your needs.

Repairs: Having trouble with a piece of equipment?
We will come to your location to service all makes and
models of treadmills, elliptical machines, exercise
bikes, multi-gyms, rowers, etc. regardless of where it
was purchased.
